Commands:

-F-: Toggle fullscreen

P1:

-W, A, S, D- or -Joy1 left stick- : Move ship. Move cursor at options menu. 

-I- or -Joy1 A- : Fire (hold to charge)

-O- or -Joy1 X- : Bomb

-U- or -Joy1 B- : Spread shot

-Enter- or -Start- : Pause

-Select- or -Esc- : Quit

P2:

-For keyboard use numpad

-4, 5, 6, 8- or -Joy2 left stick- : Move ship. Move cursor at options menu. 

-3- or -Joy2 A- : Fire (hold to charge)

-7- or -Joy1 X- : Bomb

-9- or -Joy1 B- : Spread shot

-Enter- or -Start- : Pause

-Select- or -Esc- : Quit
